Welcome to the I SHARE IT User Guide for Fleet Managers. This documentation is explicitly designed to help you set up, mount, deploy, and monitor your smart fleet locks efficiently.

System Components​

The I SHARE IT ecosystem consists of three pillars designed to work seamlessly together:

  1. The Smart Hardware: Robust, GPS-enabled and Bluetooth only frame locks optimized for B2B sharing operations
  2. The Service App: Your on-site maintenance tool available on both Android and iOS platforms to initialize, configure and test locks
  3. The Web Portal: Your central control command center for real-time tracking, fleet state verification, and historical route analysis.

:::info Note This manual refers exclusively to the I LOCK IT Sharing / B2B Edition product variants. These locks are intended for commercial use only and cannot be used with the private I LOCK IT end-consumer app. :::

Ways to Run Your Fleet​

There are two ways to integrate I LOCK IT locks into your operation:

  1. Partner Solution: The locks integrate into established sharing platforms such as MOQO, evemo, Zemtu, and 12DRIVE. The software partner operates the platform. Before purchase, clarify which lock models and functions (e.g. backend control, battery data transmission) the partner officially supports in your configuration.
  2. Integration Solution (API): Embed the locks into your own software via the license-free Bluetooth SDK (Android/iOS) and REST/GSM API — see the developer documentation.

This user guide focuses on the hardware and the tracking portal, which are common to both solutions.

Know Your Lock Model​

Several features described in this guide depend on the lock model you operate (Classic vs. PRO, Bluetooth-only vs. GPS, USB charging vs. external e-bike power). Before you start, identify your model using the Lock Model Overview.
